I’m looking for phytase that more closely matches the amount needed is “Twenty to 320 phytase units per 100 g of flour significantly improved iron absorption,” according to this study in 2013: Absorption studies show that phytase from Aspergillus significantly increases iron and zinc bioavailability from phytate-rich foods.

    The highest I can find in any supplement is 10 which is not enough to help absorption of minerals. It seems impossible to find the supplement by itself so more than one pill could be taken. Any suggestions?
